Orhun KAPTAN

Orhun Kaptan is an accomplished English Language Teacher and Researcher with nearly 20 years of experience in education and project management. He has a strong command of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, bringing a nuanced approach to understanding the complexities of educational systems. With a PhD in Educational Management from Yıldız Technical University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, Orhun has a deep understanding of the intersection between educational policy, equality, and urban transformation.

Throughout his career, Orhun has been dedicated to fostering academic growth and creating inclusive learning environments. He has held positions as a lecturer at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University and an instructor at Bakırköy Science and Arts Center, where he has taught courses ranging from classroom management to lifelong learning and inclusive education.
