Orhun Kaptan is an accomplished English Language Teacher and Researcher with nearly 20 years of experience in education and project management. With a PhD in Educational Management from Yıldız Technical University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, Orhun has a deep understanding of the intersection between educational policy, equality, and urban transformation.
